Established in 1983, the Foundation has traditionally focused on early career operating grants. While these grants remain a priority, we are expanding our focus to include projects in the areas of advocacy and education, as well as research at all career stages.

At the CSF we recognize the generosity of our donors by providing donors ribbons to wear indicating their level of support. For those who have been dedicated supporters of the Foundation over the years, pins are provided and we encourage those donors to wear those pins proudly at CSF each year.
​
We also celebrate the successes of past grant recipients and share exciting plans the Foundation has to fund additional projects, not just research but innovation and education.
This is the best time to get to know the Foundation and what we do!
